- That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by The Bhi’s Hive for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

- For replacement of product due to damage, we require unboxing video. On review of unboxing video, the product will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours.
